Our factory is located in Meriç Village, which is a small village on the Mesarya lowland in Cyprus and gives its name to our brand. It is one of the largest cheese and halloumi production facilities in Northern Cyprus with a closed area of 3,500 m2 and a daily milk processing capacity of 100,000 liters. Annually, 2.500 tons of halloumi and 750 tons of fresh cheese/kashkaval and mozzarella are produced in our factory.
Today’s latest technologies are used in our cheese production lines, where taste, quality, and hygiene are prioritized. Our internal laboratory is a part of our production facility. The quality and hygiene of our laboratory are regularly controlled by our food engineers who are highly competent in the field.
A total of 60 personnel work in our production line, including three food engineers. Our main technical team of 10 people is seen as part of our family due to our long partnership; our newest team member has been with us for 5 years. A total of 80 people work in our company together with other personnel who are experts in their fields such as sales, marketing, export, and accounting.
